The hotel is in a great location by the sea in the popular Fort Area, perfect for shopping and exploring the city. The rooms were spotless but a bit cramped and had a strange damp smell. The staff were mostly courteous and professional, although some were too insistent about services. The dining experience was superb but came at a high price. Overall, a good hotel with a few drawbacks.
